Different companies are trying to build a more efficient electric vehicle in terms of both appearance and performance, along with attempting to solve the historical problems related to their charging. But recently some companies showed potential development that can be helpful for the expansion of the trend, BMW in collaboration with the Chinese carmaker Brilliance is planning to launch the new BMW iX3 which can be charged from 0% to 30% in just 34 minutes.

After the reveal in the 2018 Beijing motor show, BMW’s first all-electric vehicle iX3 is now available in the Chinese market for sale. Based on the hatchback design of the third-generation X3, the new EV has the fifth-generation eDrive system with a 286hp engine, providing a range up to 486 km according to the officials from European standard WLTP test. Along with the top speed of 180 Km/hr, the new SUV claims to go from 0-100kph in just 6.8 seconds.

The BMW Concept iX3 is unmistakable with its closed double kidney grille and eye-catching blue accents. Add to this the aerodynamic design, light-alloy wheels, Moonstone Silver matt exterior paint finish, and BMW I logos, which are elegantly found on the front and along with the side skirts, and it’s pretty obvious that this BMW was designed to be different. The BMW Concept iX3 offers layers of driving pleasure like never before. Featuring the superior handling you would expect of a BMW X model, while also delivering a locally emission-free drive system, the fusion of form and function is truly superb.
