Mercedes-Benz eScooter in collaboration with Micro Mobility Systems AG launched its new electric scooter with a mileage of over 3000 km.
As a mobility service provider, automotive companies all over the world develop sustainable concepts for many aspects of mobility. Mercedes-Benz being one of them has shown great innovation on their part with their new all-electric EQ family, the company already meets the needs of a wide range of target groups with innovative vehicles ranging from the smart EQ for the city to the EQV passenger transporter and the EQC, a reinterpretation of the SUV. With the Mercedes-Benz eScooter, Mercedes-Benz is now going one step further and launching an emission-free solution for the last few kilometers of the journey.
Mercedes-Benz has launched two versions of their new electric scooter, EQV 300 and EQC 400 4MATIC with the power consumption of 26.4–26.3 kWh/100 km and 21.3–20.2 kWh/100 km respectively. in collaboration with a Swiss scooter specialist, Micro, to make this e-scooter sleek, strong, and efficient. It features an electric motor with a maximum of 500 W power which allows the scooter to accelerate to a speed of 20 km/h (permitted in Germany) while the 7.8 Ah battery gives a range of up to 25 kilometers. This lets users travel with speed, comfort, and security. The kickboard is wide enough to have plenty of room for both feel and has a non-slip coating for more stability.
The e-scooter has front and rear suspension and comes with 20 cm diameter rubber wheels that effortlessly handle uneven surfaces like cobblestones making it ideal for short urban commutes. Taking longevity as at the core of this e-scooter, it uses high-quality components and materials to give the user a mileage of over 3,100 miles (5,000 kilometers) which allows for more freedom when it comes to micro-mobility solutions.
