Google has rolled out a smart reply feature to its video platform Youtube.
Google’s AI-powered smart reply feature available on Gmail, Android’s messages and Play Developer is now being launched on its video streaming platform YouTube. The feature is rolled out only for creators to interact better with fans. Youtube creators have bulk comments coming in and replying to comments could be a highly time-consuming process but with smart reply features, creators can easily interact with fans personally.
The automated response feature designed for YouTube is more diverse than the one built for email, it will handle diverse content and will also include emoji, ASCII art or language switching, the company notes. The feature is also rolled out on YouTube Studio too which is used by creators to manage their presence on YouTube, statistics and grow and engage with fans. At the time of its launch, SmartReply is being made available in English and Spanish and with time it will be available in many more languages.
