NIKE’s Powerful Anti-Racism Campaign
With the death of the latest victim of police brutality, George Floyd, the world as a whole is revolting against racism. While companies like YouTube and Peloton are donating funds for combating racial injustice, NIKE has clearly stood out with its powerful brand advertisement appealing to the masses to stop racism.
The popular sports brand has recently launched a campaign- “For Once Don’t Do It.”, which is a play off its official slogan. In short, by this campaign, NIKE is urging the audience to not turn a blind eye towards racism. Further, it is promoting people to take action against racism and be part of the change. The global giant has been known for raising voice against oppression, inequality and hatred.
