Rapper Watsky, found an engaging way to keep his fans entertained whilst his tour has been postponed due to the current Covid-19 and Quarantine situation. He used his talent to raise funds for the Coronavirus relief efforts. George Watsky, utilized Twitch, a streaming platform to raise around $100,000 for his crew members and musicians who have been affected due to the current pandemic situation. Along with collecting a big amount of money, the rapper has reported beaten the Guinness World Record of Longest Continuous Rap by an individual by spending over 28 hours of continuous rapping. This record was earlier set by Pablo Alvarez of the Miami-based group Good Bison back in August of 2017, which was 25 hours, 65 minutes, and 4 seconds.
It is amazing to see how artists are helping people all around the world by raising funds through their talent. Nowadays, famous personalities are seen live on social media platforms doing live streams either supporting a cause or raising funds for a cause.
